(JUNIOR) PROJECT MANAGER BEAUTY BRANDS!
As project manager you work together with our team to get the best out of beauty projects for Céleste and the involved partners. You will be in charge of assisting our brand managers with streamlining different projects and maintaining important deadlines. You will also be responsible for the creative part of the sales process, setting-up presentations, working together with marketing/ communication teams on optimizing marketing business to business.
Your focus is being up to date with all the beauty projects and being on top of those every day. You breathe deadlines and beauty! You have social skills, you are creative and you know how to make a project feasible, you know how to tackle things and are not afraid to fall and start over again, you assist, support and you love to do this together with a dedicated team.
DETAILED JOB DESCRIPTION
From formula to packaging to the actual final launch into stores!
- Creating and maintaining project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Daily contact with our international customers and suppliers;
- Overseeing the development and production of new beauty products;
- Ensuring all project deliverables meet the brand’s standards of quality and are delivered on time.
- Identifying potential risks and issues that may arise during project lifecycle and creating contingency plans to mitigate them;
- Creating regular project status reports and presentations for stakeholders and team members;
- Coordinating the distribution and sales of beauty products through various channels, such as retail stores, online platforms, and other distribution networks;

#1. INTERNSHIP PROJECT & OFFICE MANAGEMENT
As a project & office management intern you work together with our team in Tilburg, to get the best out of beauty projects for Céleste and her clients. You will work on the processing of orders, logistics involved, you request quotes, you dive into processes to realize the best products and packaging in response to the demand of our customers, you test all samples, you have contact with our customers and suppliers in Dutch and English. And all this has to do with developing and creating the very best beauty products, for our customers worldwide. Your focus is to streamline work processes of current and new projects. You know how to tackle things and you are not afraid to fall and start over again, you assist, support and you love to do this together with a dedicated team.

#2. INTERNSHIP ONLINE MARKETING & COMMUNICATION
As an online marketing & communication you work together with our team in Tilburg, to get the best out of beauty projects for Céleste and her clients. You will work on the processing of orders, logistics involved, you request quotes, you dive into processes to realize the best products and packaging in response to the demand of our customers, you test all samples, you have contact with our customers and suppliers in Dutch and English. And all this has to do with developing and creating the very best beauty products, for our customers worldwide.
Your focus is being up to date with the beauty trends worldwide and translating and applying this in our social media and online strategy. You breathe social media & beauty! You have design skills, you are mega creative and create content (photo and video), you know how to make a brand visible online and how to implement it, you know how to tackle things and are not afraid to fall and start over again, you assist, support and you love to do this together with a dedicated team.
